Bobby Ramsen (born February 14, 1929) guest starred on Night Court as NYC playwright Arnie Prince, who convinces a one Leo Baldassare (Sydney Lassick), who's just hit the jackpot in having the winning ticket in New York state Lottery, who had also unsuccessfully tried to enlist Judge Stone to find a truly needy person to give the prize to, to be the financial backing for his broadway play "Mussolini: A Nan and His Music!" in the Season 2 episode "Pick a Number" (episode #4).

In television, Bobby, who for many yeaars was a quite successful stand-up comic and entertainer who made many guest appearances on such talk / variety TV shows in the 1960's such as Jackie Gleason: American Scene Magazine, The Garry Moore Show, The Ed sullivan Show, and The Mike Douglas Show before venturing into primetime TV sitcoms and drama series as well as movie acting roles in the 1970's, has made made numerous guest TV series appearances, which included such shows as on The Bob Newhart Show, Diff'rent Strokes, One Day At a Time, Hello, Larry, Alice, T.J. Hooker, Newhart, Misfits Of Science, It's a Living and The Nanny.

Bobby's big screen appaerances include the blaxploitation flick Hell Up In Harlem (1973), It Lives Again (1978), and the TV movies It's Alive III: Island of the Alive and A Return to Salem's Lot (both in 1987).
