Larry C. "Bumper" Robinson II (born June 19, 1974) played the recurring role of orphaned shoe shine boy Leon in a total of five episodes on Night Court, in Seasons 2 and 3. Bumper received the nickname "Bumper" from learning to walk at a young age and repetitively bumping into things in his home. Probably his most popular acting role has been Clarence on Amen, and in the world of voice acting, Dwight Conrad from Futurama.

Bumper, who began his acting career as a child actor at the age of 0, when he made guest appearances on The Jeffersons, Hill Street Blues and the first of 3 appearances on ABC-TV's Webster as "Curtis", as well as the made for TV movie Cocaine and Blue Eyes, has went on to appear in numerous other TV and film roles, which include Tv show appearances on Cagney & Lacey, The Facts of Life, Saved by the Bell, Thea, On Our Own, The Steve Harvey Show, Living Single, Sabrina The Teenage Witch, and CSI:NY.

His film roles include roles in The Painting (2001) and Death Valley (2004).

Robinson has done plenty of voice work, usually on animated movies/shows such as Pinky and the Brain, Brother Bear and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He also voices Rook Blonko, Bloxx, Terraspin, Jury Rigg, Corvo, and Ball Weevil in Ben 10: Omniverse.
