Charles Fleischer (born August 27, 1950) appeared as a man in the courthouse holding cell in the Season 2 episode of Night Court titled "Dad's First Date in Season 3 of the series.

Fleischer is better known as the voice of Roger Rabbit in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
In 1988, Charles also voiced Roger Rabbit in Disney's Mickey's 60th Birthday which included Richard Dysart as Leland McKenzie and contained archive footage of Michael J. Fox from Family Ties, with whom he appeared in Back to the Future II with in 1989.
Fleischer would return to Walt Disney Studios much later to film the science fiction comedy Real Genius, a Disney Channel Original Movie where he plays a role somewhat akin to the Doc/Marty relationship. Fleischer played a physics professor who acted as mentor to an intelligent boy who both worked to find a way to make an anti-gravity device operational.
From 2001 to 2002, Charles made guest appearances in the 2nd and 3rd season of 100 Deed For Eddie McDowd with one as a character Dr. Silver. The other 3 were voice overs.
