Synopsis[]
Part 2 of two-episode story. A city auditor (Richard Sanders) tries to investigate some of the more bizarre expenses attributed to Harry's court (via flashbacks) but he's interrupted by a clown wielding a gun and threatening to shoot everyone.
Storyline[]
Even under Beepo's gun, the city audit continues, as do the flashbacks, as the audior (Richard Sanders in guest appearance) continues to try to investigate some of the more bizarre expenses that, over time, has been attributed to Judge Stone's court, this, while being held hostage by a gun-wielding defendant known as "Beepo the Clown" (Jack Riley).
