Paddi Edwards (December 9, 1931 – died October 18, 1999) played the part of Henrietta "Hank" Shannon, Bull Shannon's seafaring Merchant Marine mother, in two guest appearances on Night Court, in the episodes "Mama Was a Rolling Stone" in Season 8 (episode #15) and "Get Me to the Roof on Time" in Season 9 (episode #10).

An English-American voice and live action actress, Paddi was best known for the roles of Flotsam and Jetsam in The Little Mermaid, Lucy the goose in Wikipedia:101 Dalmatians: The Series and Atropos the Fate in Hercules, as with Gozer/Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man from the film Ghostbusters. Her last Disney work was voicing a Receptionist at the office in An Extremely Goofy Movie. Her TV series guest appearances, in addition to Night Court, also included Murder, She Wrote, 227, Life Goes On, Married with Children, and Murphy Brown.

Paddi died in 1999, in Encino, CA, due to respiratory failure.
