When Sister Sara makes an impromptu, unexpected return visit by the courtroom again, this time, in her civilian clothes after Harry persided over her case against a mugger/robber who tried to grab her purse at the Metropolitan Museun of Art to tell him that she's left her convent because of his influence, Harry is dumbfounded and perplexed, if not also somewhat flattered, as she's also completely smitten with him, this after he made her laugh at all of his jokes while presiding over her and the other cases while she was there the night before.
Sister Sara drops the charges against Mr. Pina (Michael Tucci), who tried to robbed her
Turns out that Sara had been contemplating leaving the "nunhood" for some time; when harry reluctantly agrees to go out to dinner with her, she reveals that she wants to make up for lost time due to her time in the convent (about 7 years), and she wants to have a "crazy, wild love affair with life".
Arter Harry has to pick her up and take her back to his chambers to nap a sober up after she had a mixed drink (a Harvey Wallbanger) that she couldn't handle (she would up standing on their table breaking into her rendition of the 1930s-40s jazz song "I Gotta Right to Sing the Blues" before passing out), her superior at the convent, Mother Frances (played by Lu Leonard), drops by and assures Harry that she'll get the counseling that she needs to make the adjustment back to civilian life in the "secular world".
